This play is based on the original book Charlie Cook’s Favourite Book -Written by Julia Donaldson and illustrated by Axel Scheffler. The audience stay in their seats while watching, but you can leave and re-enter the auditorium at any time.This isn’t an interactive show, but we always welcome vocal responses from young audiences, and you can join in by clapping along to the songs. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

There will be up to 70 people watching the show (sometimes more if you come when there are school groups). Axel Scheffler has achieved worldwide acclaim for his humorous illustrations, which are published in over 30 countries. There are rows with chairs and soft blocks facing the stage, and some mats on the floor at the front.This was the last book In the Julia Donaldson series I brought my grandson , they love them and are so well illustrated … as is this one .
