Bella Parker is a 2020-introduced and all-around character. She is a student at Rainbow High that focuses in Art Direction with a special focus on Set Design. Bella has big dreams and the vision to make them come true. She's the overachiever at Rainbow High with a timeless style that's as polished as she is. Bella was made for art direction, because it combines two of her greatest strengths - creativity and perfectionism. Bella is also a natural leader at Rainbow High, because she knows how to bring out the best in all her friends. But Bella's focus and determination sometimes go too far and occasionally push her to break the rules. Bella's T-shirt in her signature outfit has a very similar design to the logo of the California Dream Barbie line of dolls. This might be an intentional nod as Barbie is heavily associated with the color pink. She was the second (after Sunny) to accept Amaya as part of the group, and she shares a dorm room with her. Although they didn't exactly get along at first, after Violet found that Amaya was a fan, she started being friendly to her. While being not as close as her other friends, Krystal asks Bella if she can be featured on The SCENE so she can tell how she got un-expelled in Rainbow High.Jade only appears in a picture shown in the episode's opening, along with being mentioned once by Violet.
Jade appears once again with her group, being shown to be working on the scavenger hunt and bonding with everyone. Some of Skyler's Cheer dolls had her name misspelled as "Skylar" instead of "Skyler" for unknown reasons. Jade is mentioned by Violet as she talks about Jade's pet tarantula escaping and running throughout the school. Jade appears sitting with Poppy when they get a call from a crying Bella, revealing that her expulsion was posted on The Vi Life. Feeling furious, Jade confronts Violet and demands for it to be taken down, with Violet refusing. Feeling betrayed, she teams up with Ruby to embarrass Violet, deciding to film her doing The Buddy Bubble Boogie. This works and they post it, humiliating her and making themselves guilty. With help from Amaya, they make it up to her, doing the same dance as well.January 8th, 2021: Bella makes her last appearance as a member of the runway group in " Enter Amaya".
While not interacting much, Karma is shown to appreciate Bella, wanting her to come on her show and tell about her reentry to Rainbow High. Bella is shown to be quite flattered, and she mentions that she is a huge fan of Kontent With Karma. The two seem to converse regularly after this. Sunny and Violet are very close, as the two have been friends since they were young children, their moms are friends, so they've known each other forever. Sunny always hypes up The Vi Life and congratulates her on important milestones, while Violet is always there to compliment Sunny's exceptional creativity. Violet however, broke her trust when she didn't send the papers to get their rooms together because Violet wanted to meet new people. But, they made up later and are still very close and are great best friends. Bella and Gabriella became friends when they teamed up for Radiant Week, which they won and got the opportunity to spend some time at Pacific Coast High. They're later seen cheering in the crowd along with Sheryl and Finn in "Rainbow Vision Finale: Part 2" and "Rainbow Vision Finale: Part 3".
Jade is both seen and mentioned by Violet as she recaps the year, with her talking about Jade's love of makeup. While not much has been shown, her and Skyler are shown to be good friends, bonding over their love and tastes in fashion. Jade is first seen after Violet enters her new dorm, scaring her with her over the top makeup looks. It is here she also meets Ruby, and after this everyone meets up with Ms. Wright who reveals their first semester project. Her and Jade have had a complicated relationship, since Jade and Violet always seem to be on opposing ends of arguments, especially when Bella is involved. They seem to make up afterwards so it can be assumed they are on more friendlier terms. Skyler is characterized by her shy, kind personality. She prefers to not talk that much and easily gets scared by almost anything that happens. She is super imaginative and can use classic designs to make something a big hit. She takes the designs and twists it her own way to make it look awesome. However, she doesn't usually brag or boast about her work - she lets it do the talking.
