Pentru aplicare, scoateti pansamentul din ambalajul steril pastrand ambele folii protectoare aplicate. Ajustati-l la dimensiunea ranii, daca este necesar, folosind o foarfeca sterila. Atrauman Ag ar trebui sa se suprapuna peste rana si ar trebui sa aiba aproximativ aceeasi dimensiune ca pansamentul secundar. Dupa indepartarea uneia din foliile protectoare, aplicati pansamentul pe rana, apoi indepartati cealalta folie protectoare. Aplikace i výměna je bezbolestná, protože tento mastný tyl je impregnovaný lanolinovou mastí a tím se nepřilepuje k ráně. Atrauman Ag se přikládá přímo na ránu. Velikost i tvar krytí si můžete přizpůsobit sterilními nůžkami. Atrauman Ag je vhodný pro léčbu infikonavých ran, povrchových i hlubokých. Atrauman Ag je mastné krytí s ionty stříbra, které ránu dlouhodobě čistía chrání tak před infekcí. Ionty stříbra jsou do rány postupně uvolňoványaž po dobu 7 dní. Tím je zajištěna stálá koncentrace stříbra v ráně, které působí na bakterie. Cíleně tak usmrcuje choroboplodné zárodky.Atrauman Ag silver dressing is suitable for complementary use in the treatment of infected wounds or wounds showing critical colonization as well as for infection prophylaxis. Pentru absorbtia exsudatului se recomanda aplicarea peste Atrauman Ag a unui pansament steril absorbant secundar (de ex. Medicomp® Extra, Zetuvit® etc). Na Atrauman Ag je pak nutné použít savý kompres - například gázové kompresy Sterilux ES nebo kompresy z netkaného textilu Medicomp. Poté se, v případě léčby bércového vředu, zafixuje vhodným fixačním obinadlem – například Peha-crepp nebo Peha-haft. V případě aplikace na proleženiny je možné k fixaci použít i fixační náplast Omnifix elastic.
