The battery is good, it lasts a long time, the noise quality is great and it let's you pick pre-set sound or customised.

The earbuds keep connecting to the device even after being put back in the charging case with the cover closed. If you place the left and right earbuds in the charging case and the LED indicators on the charging case flash white, it means they are connected properly. Replace the ear tips with ones that fit more snugly in your ears and ensure that you are wearing the earbuds in the correct position to create a tight seal. Make sure the charging case has enough power, and the ear tips are not blocking the charging pins on the earbuds.Charge the charging case with a different charging cable and wall charger and make sure the charging case has enough power. Make sure your hands are clean and dry, and you touching the touch control area (soundcore logo) precisely. When you place left and right earbuds in the charging case, there will be white LED indicators which confirms the earbuds are properly connected with the charging case.
