The lightsaber is made from good quality plastic that feels like it will last even with all the changes that Monkey makes every time he plays with it. Clearly a hit here, and although we've had countless hundreds of battles, only a handful of minor injuries and I haven't had to confiscate it.

You can feel like Darth Vader with this Extendable Lightsaber that extends to over 70 cm with a flick of the wrist. The circular spinning connector means that you can realise a little button and spin the lightsaber around or keep it static. So unlike our others its white to start with but it does then light up the colour of the side you have chosen be that the light or dark side. It's a very soft and slightly rubbery plastic which doesn't bend, but bounces a little and doesn't smart like regular plastic when it catches bare skin. These cookies or similar technologies enable us to provide more advanced and personalised functionality.This also means that it is so much more than just a lightsaber toy and in fact, Monkey can his little friends can take an end each and have little battles between themselves. The Bladebuilder is completely intuitive, the buttons to release joints are in exactly the right places to be easy and handy, and twisting the elbow joints to straight joints and back is very smooth.
