It’s this field to bottle approach that makes us different – something you can taste in our award-winning spirits. Chase Vodka was named as the world's best vodka at the 2010 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, beating 249 other vodkas from countries including Russia and Poland. Finally, distilled water from the onsite borehole – which draws water from underneath the farm's apple trees [10] – is used to dilute the vodka to 40% ABV. We create our own energy from our own on site bio-boiler, Huxley; which is powered using the prunings from our apple orchards, all of our potato waste goes to fertilise our fields or feed our herd of pedigree Hereford cattle, and wherever possible, the fresh ingredients used in our products are sourced from right here on our family farm or from our local and trusted Herefordshire suppliers.

Missing Wine or cases damaged in transit must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of advice of dispatch. Nestled in the serene countryside of Herefordshire, you'll find Chase Distillery spirits, a hidden gem surrounded by picturesque landscapes. Next the potatoes are transferred to a traditional copper pot still where steam is used to raise the temperature and encourage distillation. Although this process does not get all the alcohol out the potatoes it does give the vodka more character.Having the distillery located on the farm allows us to keep a watchful eye over how our potatoes and apples move from field to bottle.

Chase Vodka won double gold and named ‘the world’s best vodka’ at the San Francisco world spirit championship 2010.Between 1995 and 2002, he lived and worked in the Cape, witnessing the renaissance of the post-apartheid wine industry.
