I came across this from Curly Frag who spoke highly of it and she hasn't steered me wrong until now . great and fresh simple scent for late summer, sprayed the tester and just grabbed the last piece left while a woman was asking the SA what was she smelling.

Heavens help me, this gunk also has terrific projection and sillage, and I'm afraid I will be smelled in the next room.Montale has a somewhat similar note in their Mukhallat if you smelled that, you get the note that everyone hates here. But then again, it would be 20-40% of popular men’s fragrances and there would be nothing polarizing to talk about. The short and sweet of it is this: Smell it on the card, then spray it on yourself and wander for a while. There's definitely a honey note which is usually a killer for me but in this instance it's more than just that.

Like having a promising hand to begin with then being sold down the river in a game of texas hold 'um! There is no timber at all- and in general the above mentioned notes are absolutely random, do not rely on them. Clearly a bit overrated scent, it dries down in a woodsy spicy - sweet type of fragrance, I smelled better Sandalwood + spices based fragrances like Xerjoff - Ivory route. There was a lot of talk about this fragrance, apparently it's one of the most underrated Montale fragrances and yada yada. We're quite certain that the notes given to us by Montale are missing an ingredient or two, but if we had to guess, we'd say there's a mysterious citrus in here as a topnote, and we love it. This legit gave me more compliments than Red tobacco, idk why the score is so low, maybe that is missleading but the semll def is higher that a 3. Perfumes with natural ingredients often smell different in batches based on the source of the ingredients, while synthetic ingredients usually have consistency in their smell and lasts longer.
