I do not have a hard-wired phone line in to my house and rely on 5G mobile broadband on a Three SIM. So maybe, as you suggest, I just leave things to settle for a while and then see whether more devices appear over the next day or two, at which point I can look to assign their IPs.

In data networking the term "bridge" is somewhat overloaded and some vendors use it to mean different thing. IP addresses have a structure in that part of the address specifies a "network" address and part of it specified an "host" address.This is my first post on here and I'm no networking expert (clearly), but if you are able to provide advice, please explain it to me in clear, simple terms, like I'm a five-year-old! Routers are devices that sit at the "edge" of a network connecting to other network, (which in the SOHO use case means the rest of the work via your ISP,) routers are not sitting in the middle "bossing" it.
Shouldn't I be able to see all the devices connected via the MW6 mesh system through the ZTE's admin dashboard? Also as a process of elimination I would recommend trying the unit at the mast location in case its not connecting due to signal level or other trigger.
With digital management and bulk purchases from original manufacturers and authorized suppliers globally, Router-switch. I also had a separate wifi network defined on the ZTE with a different network name (thinking about it now, I'm wondering whether that wasn't inviting conflict, but it seemed to work, as I connected everything to the MW6 network). Some THREE masts are using 2100 Band 1 for the control bearer and some sites advertising the MU5001 don't list it as supporting this band. I've tried messing around with the APN settings with no luck so far, I phoned Three and they were very unhelpful, eventually they decided to just send out a new SIM to try. Also I don’t want 24 months contract when I know that in next 3-6 months I will be moving to different place and I don’t know if 5g will be available there and eventually I need proper fibre connection anyway (right now I can only get 25/5 from BT).
