About this deal

What a lovely fragrance as it evolves through a beautiful array of notes that makes me smell and feel so beautiful. I did not like it but thinking it over, the scent is quite unique, mixing all the prominent white flowers, jasmine, tuberose, gardenia, honeysuckle, orange blossom. This is not your Poison or Kouros to announce a grand arrival with, but it is truly hard to find a perfume more humane, sincere and comfortable as Organza. It's a very sexy, bombastic, sensual, feminine and va va voom perfume that I could imagine someone like Raquel Welch or Sophia Loren wearing.

Quintessence of timeless beauty, Organza by Givenchy is the perfect blend of refinement and sensuousness. A tiny bit reminiscent of JPG Classique, but much sweeter, as if you added tons of honeyed tuberose. Anytime I miss her, and it happens often in the last days, I can't restrain myself from sniffing it from the bottle that I will treasure forever. The honeysuckle (the strongest note in this perfume for me) gives it that sweetness, the mace gives it that slightly spicy tinge that is similar but softer than nutmeg and the tuberose makes this a big and bombastic white floral.Perhaps my previous rotations were hostile to Organza but the greens to which it shares kinship with seemed to have uplifted it. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy or reliability of the AI-generated pros and cons. There's a slight similiarity to Ysatis - I wish it were stronger - but Organza doesn't linger as well as Y.

In this way, it reminds me of Hot Couture, another Givenchy scent from a similar era, albeit a floral-fruity instead of Organza's woody floriental. It is sweet and thick and feels dated, though I do have a few vintage scents in my collection that I love, this one is an absolute no for me.

Organza is opulent yet delicate (think golden organza fabric), sensual yet classy, a gorgeous, stunning, and mature perfume with so much character. I am thankful for the nutmeg's longevity in this beautifully blended fragrance, it has me craving it more and more. I'm finding that I love older perfumes more than the sweet generic stuff they put out on the market now. That animalic post coitus scent is very similar to Boudoir in the opening in Organza (perhaps it’s the “green notes” listed here) . i try the vintage and realise its amazing, then wonder how the hell im going to replace it once i run out lol.

On first application, Organza is a rich opulent, almost slightly soapy boquet of lush white florals done right; theres nothing indolic, nothing screetchy or synthetic, just perfect well blended florals. Projection, sillage, and longevity are hefty, and Organza is most definitely a fragrance of the 90s.

For me it starts with almost a fizz, effervescence with a hint of spice, then the flowers start to grow.

Organza has been my signature scent a few years ago, and I could barely go a day without wearing it.This is my childhood in a scent, this is my mother spraying this before going to work and me sneaking in her room, spraying this as well so that I can also feel like a mature, classy woman. I guess the reviews are true meaning that reformulation sometimes messes up the original beauty of fragrances. Nebras, while having some very intriguing attributes, also bothers me with this same untidy residue of a sugary snack. If I were to compare/contrast against other scents, I would liken this to a blend between Tom Ford Lys Fume and Lancome Poeme.
