Experienced Master Distiller, Tom Nichol, has lovingly created a classic gin by fusing traditional processes with a modern approach. Inspired by its spa town heritage and enjoyed around the world, Slingsby premium gin is crafted with pure spring water and real fruits to create the finest, award-winning British gin.

The owners, Steve and Sally Green, aim to keep everything as local as possible and so they source their botanicals. The result is a delicious gin with a complex flavour that is perfect for sipping on its own or mixing into your favourite cocktails. Enjoy two unique gin experiences including distilling your own personalised bottle of gin on one of our mini copper stills. Most of our botanicals are grown in the 750-year-old gardens within the Castle walls as we’re passionate about our location, the environment and keeping everything as local as possible.

An expert mixologist will guide you through a tasting session to discover your preferred style of gin and the one you would like to make during the session. Inspired by the historic estate that surrounds us, we have created a beautifully balanced British gin of exceptional quality with sweet and floral notes. Spirit of Harrogate is home to award-winning Slingsby Gin and is located in the historic Montpellier Quarter of Harrogate. If you have joined us after the exclusive release you’ll receive your bottle within 2-5 working days.
