This was for book one, A Game of Fate, to my pleasant surprise, their story in this book, A Game of Retribution is more exciting and twist! I loved Hermes too, and the friendship between him and Hades was everything, I love their interactions, he is the funniest character of them all and I love every line he said in this book. As with Persephone’s POV, this world is amazing, full of tiny easter eggs of other myths that eventually had sense for the plot. The goods do not need to be in their original packaging however in a sellable condition, and at your own cost and risk.

So, if you remember my review for A Game of Fate (the first book in the Hades saga ), you will know that I enjoy the Hades saga much more than the Hades x Persephone saga .

They are the quad character group we all need in our lives and A Game of Retribution solidified that fact once again. She, on the other hand, is as sweet as we know from her books, but Hades saw her as the powerful goddess she is becoming, the incredible, selfless woman she is and his future queen.

Pero solo una cosa que no me gustó de este libro, o la relación de Hades y Perséfone en general, los muchos malentendidos que podrían haberse evitado en este libro si los dos tuvieran más comunicación entre ellos, porque esto también es poco saludable. I loved it, the angst, the intrigue, the mafia vibes, this way of refreshing ancient myths in this modern world is amazing. everything is so much more detailed and developed and, honestly, its to the point where i think i may only read these books rather than keep up with the main series. Stunningly descriptive, I felt fully immersed in the setting and the characters, appreciating the contrast between the darkness surrounding Hades and the lightness in the purity and innocence inherent in Persephone.
