His DVD release of Evolve Your Brain: The Science of Changing Your Mind, which was filmed in Australia, is based on the book and looks at the ways in which the human brain can be used to affect reality through the mastery of thought. This mental-rehearsal CD set, the four-week guided-meditation companion programme to Dr Joe Dispenza's book Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, is designed to move you from the analytical Beta brain-wave state to the state of Alpha, and develop your ability to sustain coherent brain-wave patterns. I feel as if my life started when I discovered these meditations that are now a part of my daily life. Stringing together this information in this way will help you become the true self you've always known yourself to be. I recommended the CD to my cousin because I am so enthusiastic about it, but she bought it in German.

Dispenza outlines how we can reprogram our thoughts and behaviors to reach success, abundance, and happiness in life. So if we want to change some aspect of our reality, we have to think, feel, and act in new ways; we have to “be” different in terms of our responses to experiences.Dispenza also draws out the S sound in every word that contains one within the meditation so when he says "feel your armssssssss" the S seems to go on forever. In his easy-to-understand, encouraging, and compassionate style, he has educated thousands of people, detailing how they can rewire their brains and recondition their bodies to make lasting changes. In Part III of Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, Dr Joe Dispenza provides a step-by-step meditation process to change your life, mind, and body. Dispenza tries to break them into manageable sections with a "bell" sound (which is a hilarious short sounding ring that goes like "donk" instead of the drawn out, relaxing "riiiiiiiing" that I'm used to hearing on meditation CDs) but once I was in the middle of the track, I found myself reluctant to turn it off so I just went through the whole meditation in one sitting.

So, depending on which Induction you want to use, either start each session with Meditation 1 (Body-Part Induction) or Meditation 3 (Water-Rising Indcution). Well thought-out and produced, with soothing music that doesn't summon up any emotional states, this CD set gives you a structure in which to work. If we can repeat, replicate, or experience that action at will, we will move into a state of being (cerebellum).Conscious positive thinking alone cannot overcome subconscious negative thoughts and feelings, as most of these may subconsciously live as negativity in the body. Follow the GUIDANCE below to work out Week 1, Week 2, Week 3 and Week 4 meditations as specified in the book, on page 224.
