This book has helped me a great deal to gain more of an insight to my trauma and how I’ve dealt with it and now dealing with it. When we decide on a certain position, we stick to our choice for the rest of our lives and construct a world that continually affirms and supports that belief and expectation. Very useful for counsellors and counselling students wishing to grasp the basics of Transactional Analysis.

I normally don't relate well to parables or story type self-help books, but this really worked for me.
