About this deal

The slightly larger format than a 60% keyboard with all the additional function keys, media keys and a full separate set of arrow keys make this extremely easy to use vs other 60% keyboards I've used in the past. Socket of Keychron Non-backlit is compatible with almost all the MX style 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical switches on the market (including Gateron, Cherry, Kailh, etc.

I love how much space there is on my table because this is a smaller keyboard than one with the numeric pad built in. The Keychron K2 is fully compatible with both Windows and macOS, as long as you set the keyboard to the proper mode with the switch on the left side. I have been looking around for a while and found at least four different options: RK61, Keychron K2v2, Keychron K6, and the AKKO 8086. The K2 is available with white backlighting or RGB backlighting, and it's available with Gateron Red, Blue, or Brown switches.

But, honestly, this isn’t a dealbreaker as almost every laptop, either Windows or Mac, comes with the same keyboard layout, making K2 V2 an easy choice for laptop users looking for a mechanical keyboard, especially the one’s using MacBooks. However, we expect the Gateron Blue switches to be louder, similar to the Cherry MX Blue switches on the Ducky One 2 SF. The RGB backlight helps with typing in the dark, along with the compact design make sit one of the best keyboards I've ever had. They offer good tactile feedback, and it's also available with Gateron Red and Blue switches, so you can get the ones you prefer.

The socket of K2 (Hot-swappable) keyboard is compatible with almost all the MX style 3pin and 5pin mechanical switches on the market (including Gateron, Cherry, Kailh, etc. It's taking a bit of getting use to but that is because I have mainly been using laptop and low profile keyboards for the last few years. Carl 22/11/2020The K2v2 is a great keyboard that's a pleasure to type on with the Gateron Brown switches. Plus the brown switches are great, the lighting is superior as I can see all the special characters whereas on the logitech the lighting only illuminates the main letters and numbers. The Keychron is slightly bigger because it has a function row, navigation buttons, and dedicated arrow keys, but that means the ROYAL KLUDGE is smaller to carry around.HOT-SWAPPABLEHot-swappable means to customize your typing experience without soldering, just pop them in and it’s done. I also own a Logitch K380, which is slim, compact, portable, lightweight, and also connects to up to three devices. The Keyboard Company (UK) Ltd Registered office Hitchcock House, Hilltop Park, Devizes Road, Salisbury, SP3 4UF. Choosing a suitable keyboard layout for yourself lets you type comfortably and efficiently for hours. The Aluminium version is also more of an aluminium frame around the edges of the keyboard, rather than a full alu base.
