About this deal

The same can be said of Find Me. It contains both Shadow Me and Reveal Me (also listed separately above), the two later novellas. Is Shatter Me Spicy? I won't say I hate Adam, I love the guy though he's really cheesy and it's kinda lame BUT he's a guy who need a sweet girl and Juliette might be silent when people bullied her but she is not weak or sweet. For someone to be able to stay sane, calm in an asylum for so many days, you had to have a strong mental psychic. And when she found out she was not the only one with ability, she started feeling better about herself, 'she was not a freak'. Which was something Warner insisted on. Set in a dystopian, dying world, the Shatter Me series is narrated by Juliette Ferrars, a 17-year-old girl with a lethal touch, isolated by her own powers and by the brutal regime of The Reestablishment. Shatter Me was originally a trilogy, but young adult readers couldn’t get enough of its compelling characters, adventure, romance and edgy fantasy, and the chronicles of Juliette continued. Young adult Shadow Me: Kenji's perspective. The everything-is-cheerful-when-he's-around guy of the series.. has a dark secret?

If Warner cares, then sincerely. He didn't have a good childhood, so I hope he can get rid of his trauma. Prepare to have your mind shattered and your heart stolen with Tahereh Mafi's Shatter Me series. "I’ve never read anything like this before. I’ve never read anything that could speak directly to my bones." This is not your ordinary dystopian series. It’s a poetic masterpiece that will leave you breathless and yearning for more.

Hobbies

For those unaware, Mafi wrote the first three books and then there was a very large gap before she wrote Books 4-6. My favorite book in the series was Defy Me where the author discloses some mind-boggling truths that change the entire perspective of Aaron and Juliette's life. Mafi's writing is a work of art. Her use of strike-throughs, fragmented sentences, and metaphors is ingenious. Juliette's inner monologue is so raw and relatable that it feels like you're reading your own thoughts. And the chemistry between Juliette and Warner? "Lift your hips for me, love." Need I say more?

Defy Me: Amazing book! the stories universe just got bigger - literally, they're involving the whole world now. Humor through Kenji, and emotion through Aaron and Juliette or whatever her name is *Wink* - also a very beautiful ending! Warner's obsession with Juliette is terrifying. And I haven't even truly scratched the surface yet.

This is an excerpt from my review of the whole Shatter Me series. Read the full review here: https://bibliomad.wordpress.com/2015/...

of ... Please i want Someone to tell me that I'm not the only person that notices all the tiny details in a book ? The ending of this book felt unfinished,it just ended without lot of explanations just like acotar 🤦🏾‍♀️ so y'all will just allow us to imagine or explain it to ourselves???😡😡😡😡 This,” Warner says, spinning around so I might inspect the damage, “is not trimming the edges, you incompetent moron—” I only read this series because bootok keeps raving about mr. aaron warner. Let me just say folks, he is worth every hype and more. (i need him in an iv so I can overdose on him, no joke) I'm not a sci-fi or dystopian girly but this actually surprised me how much I loved it.

But nothing learned within the novellas is crucial to the plot of the main series. They’ll only provide extra details that make the novels more impactful.

Now, Aaron's character is just something we all adore. He may seem cold and ruthless to the world, but he's a total softie for his loved ones. He's like a "villain for the world but a hero for his girl," and you can't help but love him for that. He always believed in Juliet and helped her believe in herself, recognizing the power within her and encouraging her to embrace it. Adam Kent? Is the equivalent to Tamlin the Tool. The amount of times I wanted to slap both him and Juliette- The story is about 17 year old Juliette Ferrars who has a lethal touch. Anything living she touches dies. I could use any of those words to describe this series but they would all be understatement.I still love this novella with all of my heart and soul. It’s heartbreaking and emotional. I hate seeing what Warner has gone through and what he still goes through with his father. It’s fascinating being inside of his head and seeing a human side to him after the first book. Warner is one of my all time favorite book boyfriends and I will always love this short story. He’s such a tortured soul and I cannot get enough of him and I think this was wonderfully done and is an important part to not only Warner’s character but the series overall.
