About this deal

The Pioneer DJ HDJ-X10 headphones are the world’s first DJ headphones to produce high-resolution sound ranging from 5 Hz to 40 kHz When connected to our flagship TOUR1 set up or the NXS2 set-up, you can experience up to 96 kHz/24-bit high-resolution audio reproduction with superb clarity and sound separation. And in another world first for DJ headphones,3 the ear pads and headband on the HDJ-X10 model are protected from sweat and dirt by water repellent nano coating. This means you can keep your headphones looking fresh and easily prolong their lifespan with regular cleaning. The DDJ-FLX10 is a powerful four-channel mixer with a range of advanced features, including versatile performance pads and advanced FX controls. It is designed to work seamlessly with Serato DJ software, and provides an intuitive and easy-to-use interface for DJs of all levels.

Pioneer HDJ-X7 Vs Pioneer HDJ-X10 Comparison Review IN the BOX – Pioneer HDJ-X7 vs Pioneer HDJ-X10 Pioneer HDJ-X7 The Pioneer DJ HDJ-X10 won’t deteriorate with regular use – even around the headband, a common problem for DJ headphones. Because Pioneer has created something resilient and flexible for their headset, they can guarantee that your device won’t just snap when you’re a little vigorous with them. The thing we like most about the Cue1s though is their styling. Many budget sets of DJ headphones tend to look cheap and toy-like – HF125s we’re looking at you – but the Cue1s have a stylish and pro-feeling design, which can be customised by purchasing replacement coloured ear pads and cables. The sharp look is matched by some DJ-friendly design touches, such as the lightweight, foldable body and detachable cables. More so than in the studio, you’re likely to move around while DJing and – depending on your style of mixing – move your headphones on and off your ears as you mix. This is where durability and flexibility comes in. Comfort is important too though; no one needs an awkward set of headphones uncomfortably squeezing their head several hours into a marathon DJ set.

Most people should just go with the classic Sennheiser HD 25

Pioneer DJ HDJ-X headphones feature are beautifully well-made, with a flexible headband and earcups that swivel to suit your needs when you’re mixing and playing.

These DJ headphones are extremely durable and well-made, with special nano-coating on the earpads that make them easy to clean and sweat-resistant. These features work well and the NC-Q1s sound good too. However, they’re inherently more complex in-use than the straightforward passive pairs in this round-up. You could argue that, when you already have a multi-channel mixer and at-least two players to deal with, you probably don’t want to be thinking about your headphones’ noise cancelling too. While the sonic specs, such as impedance and frequency response, don’t quite match Pioneer’s top-end cans, they’re still very impressive for a set of entry level DJ headphones. Sonically, these outstip many of the more expensive pairs on the market. Swivel mechanism: The ear cups can swivel up to 90 degrees, allowing for one-ear monitoring and easy storage.

Ear pads and headband cushion made of polyurethane leather with a deterioration-resistant nano coating Futhermore, the noise isolation on the HDJ-X10 is second to none. Quite possibly the best noise isolation I’ve experienced in a pair of DJ headphones in recent years – nagging husband / noisy spouse? These are more worth it than a pair of Bose Quiet Comforts – you can’t DJ with those!

Although certain features, like the access to Hi-Res sound, might not seem particularly important, they’re definitely nice to have. It’s also worth remembering that there’s more to the HDJ-X10 DJ headphones than novelty features.Keep your headphones looking fresh for longer. The polyurethane leather ear pads and headband cushion on the HDJ-X10 headphones are resistant to deterioration thanks to the use of nano coating, a world first for DJ headphones, so you can easily wipe off sweat and dirt.
