Tigry told her that she had done nothing but boss him around, and that she was a bully, which offends Willow as she provided him food and shelter. The player tries to break them up, but the argument grows out of control and the two break into a fight. After a few seconds, Willow seemingly gains the upper hand, but some of Tigry's explosives go off and the two look up. The roof collapses, with the rubble having separated the player from the others. Behind a nearby door a shadow silhouette of Penny peeps out behind the small window. When viewed from the shop, his title and pictures have a gray outline, instead of the usual white for regular skins or yellow for quest skins.
