The XM2we is ambidextrous, and because of that has a low profile in the palm. I found myself clawing the mouse more than MX Master 3 which is taller with my palm resting on top of it, but the added weight means movement takes more effort, especially in fast action areas of gaming. Just look at the mouse review subreddit, or any other gaming peripheral community to see how seriously people take their gaming mice. Every gram matters, and in extreme cases, even cutting holes into the palm grip to reduce some weight. Nowadays you can buy these very mice with factory cutouts, if it's a popular trend, then it will be capitalised! Like I said, serious business. I try to stay away from saying ‘ mouse X is good for grip Y and size Z‘ since everyone is different and preferences regarding size and shape vary wildly, but I can see this be an ideal mouse for a lot of claw grippers due to the support that the hump offers, and for fingertip grippers with larger hands. That said: I do encourage everyone to make their own conclusionson this front; use this part as a guideline but don’t take it as anything definitive. It’s pretty obvious that this mouse was meant as a mostly plug and play peripheral since you can change the polling rateand DPI (it comes with the usual 400, 800, 1600, and 3200 DPI steps by default) on the device itself and that’s fine with me. Some said that the Endgame software battery level had not been accurate for them and felt half baked. Whilst it is true it offers just basic tweaking of the mouse,I found the software to do exactly what it needs to, without being overwhelming. It's neatly laid out and in my experience, bug free. It now correctly lists that it has a USB-A wireless receiver. The cable, then. This is one of those rubber cables that just under a year ago would be considered one of the best in the business, but as it stands we’ve seen some great breakthroughs in the cable department over the past months and the reality is that this one isn’t up to par with what competitors are offering. If you put it in a decent bungee it’s unlikely to offend you in any real way, but for a product that’s this focused on competitive performance I would’ve loved to see a lighter paracord style cable. If the User is a merchant or a legal entity under German public law, or if the User does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or Europe, then the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this Agreement and the contractual relationship with PGW is Berlin.
