Sillage and projection are moderate. It smells fantastic, but not a blind buy. Simply presented in an elegant, clear-glass bottle with JOOP! Hommeemblazoned on the front. I love the way the juice inside is screaming pinky/red. Upon dry-down, lush tobacco leaf and woody notes join forces to ensure an incredible finale. Once settled, this fragrance is a booze-fuelled combination of pepper, tobacco and wood.

To an untrained nose and the trained one as well, in terms of style Joop Homme Absolute and Lalique are the same, but when it comes to the character of fragrances, there's a world of difference. This fragrance opens with a burst of zesty bergamot and fresh mint with nice ginger touches that add spice. Mid notes amp up the freshness further, with salty marine notes complementing the fresh mint and citrus. Orange blossom also makes a welcome appearance. Dry-down unleashes the almondy/vanilla scent of tonka bean and cashmere wood which works really well with the fir’s freshness and spicy cardamom. Also has a slight boozy aroma to it.Joop!
