About this deal

The dynamics between Ash, Embry, and Greer defy explanation. They are bound together in a wonderfully addictive relationship. Holy Mother of Hates! This book is off the heat chart in terms of kink. I love that the sex isn’t just there for the sake of smutty sex. It enhances the overall plot and serves to validate the emotions of everyone involved. I'm on hour one of my book hangover and so far, so good. I've finally stopped crying, so there's that. Airfare for in river cruises with American Queen Voyages is included on select cruises, read more about it here .

On Cumberland and Tennessee River cruises, there is never a dull moment as you enjoy country music in Nashville and sample bourbon, the true American spirit. Merlin's call at the end was perfect and I did like how everything wrapped up. So overall, I'm happy with the story, I just really wanted more of the threesome relationship. Desperate to have me, Ash sends his best friend Embry to bring me to him. He doesn’t know about the secrets we also keep. Our own tragedies. Our own cravings. The second kiss. Soon, I find myself caught between past and present, pleasure and pain—and the two men who long for each other as much as they long for me. And as war and betrayal press ever closer, we tumble headlong into a passionate love affair that will change the world. There are some books you read and then there are some books you inhale, devour and BREATHE. American King is one of these books. I have no words to describe how much I loved this book, I adored it! It is unlike anything I've ever read before. It is perfection. Parts of this book, especially towards the end, impacted me so greatly that I actually sobbed. My heart was beating wildly in my chest as I read this final installment.Hello Angst, my old friend. All the suspense and astonishing revelations blew my mind, and my poor heart could barely handle the amount of stirring moments. I was destroyed. And I liked it. This book definitely had a lot of steam but somehow it never felt overdone because the connection that's been built over the last 15-20 years is so strong that every scene these characters have together has meaning. Ultimately...the end result of this inspiring work is that we can no longer discuss the many evolutions of Arthurian Legend without considering the writing of Sierra Simone in "American King" and the previous two books in "The New Camelot Triology". American King, book 3 is a rare glimpse into the enigma. Maxen, an orphan raised from poverty to serve and protect his country and become the most powerful man on earth. The power of trinity; The Prince who awoke something forbidden, stole his heart and helped him rise to power; The Queen who won his heart, brought him to his knees and paved the way for love and fulfillment. The vulnerabilities he hid, the secrets he kept, the lies he told and the sacrifices he made for country, peace, legacy and love. One of the most iconic rivers inarguably is the Mississippi river . Because of its astounding size, cruises are usually split into Lower Mississippi river cruises, Upper Mississippi river cruises, and Ohio and Mississippi river cruises. Any of the great American river cruises sailing along the Mississippi let you experience one of the country’s most significant waterways in a way you never thought possible.

Perhaps Embry's always had the part of me that wielded the sword, but she... she's always owned the part that wears the crown. Ash's values and leadership were shining gold in the end. These were the things that mattered. These qualities that changed the world and made it a more peaceful and better place...His past, even fated mistakes caused pain to those he loved; but in the long run...the world was a better place for the rule of this "King" Experience the romance of the river in a boat as gloriously ornamental as the white ‘wedding cakes’ created in the Victorian era, but with every modern amenity. With four remarkable paddle wheelers in our fleet, we are able to provide a unique vantage point from which to experience the unfolding panorama of American history along the river banks. Join us on board one of these iconic vessels and connect with America’s history in authentic style and luxury.Once upon a time, there were two warriors who loved the same woman as much as they loved each other. And everything that happened afterwards led inevitably to tragedy.” Taschenbuch. Condition: Neu. Neuware -From USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestselling author Sierra Simone comes a steamy new polyamorous romance trilogy with a dash of politics and a pinch of magic. Her name is Greer Galloway, and she serves at the pleasure of the president of the United States. The sharp-eyed granddaughter of a former vice president, Greer is well-versed in politics and people-but not romance. It starts with buried secrets and dangerous desires.and ends with three people bound together with a ruthless, all-encompassing love sharper than any barbed wire. This is the story of an American Queen. 416 pp. Englisch.

This was supposed to by my fairy tale, with me as the princess and Ash as the prince, but there’s a third person ere, a person we both want and who wants both of us.” -Greer The Cover: I adore this cover! I enjoy where most romance books have couples on the cover and they are very beautiful, intriguing and hot; but at the same time I’m loving the direction where a lot of romance books I’ve seen this year have been a cover of one person. Whether that’s the heroine of the book or the leading man, I like the change. American Queen’s cover is gorgeous and it’s always nice to see a picture of the heroine on the cover. This is who the story focuses on right? So why not put the leading lady on the a book cover? Bam! Seriously, American Queen is probably one if not my favorite book cover this year.I knew him as Ash, the soldier I once kissed in a circle of broken glass. I haven’t forgotten his broken promises and forbidden desires. But the country knows him as the leader of the free world, all that stands between us and war. I was happy and a little confused at some of the threesome activities after certain events. I think it was what Embry so desperately needed but sometimes it felt that he would only get that if Greer was involved. I really don't know. I feel like this is one of those series that will be unforgettable to me. I can’t imagine forgetting these characters or the way these books made me feel, ever. Ash, Greer, and Embry will have a special place in my heart. I can’t even tell you which character I loved most. They were a three and I loved them all equally. This book was truly exceptional. One of the things I loved most about this one in particular, is we got the perspective of Ash, Greer, and Embry. I loved hearing from all three of them in their final book. I think we, as readers, needed that. Especially the Ash POV.

I believe I could write this review for days...parsing out every idea and dimension illuminated by this author in her retelling... her studied envisioning of a "New Camelot" with a novel solution to the uncomfortable relationship quandaries left by the more familiar telling of the story. There is a lovely promise in this story. The language is beautiful and lofty befitting this timeless story of love and honor. There is heart-stopping action and keening suspense in the story. Gradually like the early morning mists from a lake, the story begins to take on an other-worldly quality that adds to the romance and over-all charm. This is an unconventional epic love saga between a king among men, President, former Lieutenant and war hero, Maxen Ashley Colchester, Ash, his best friend, lover, military comrade and Vice President Embry Moore, Prince and the girl who would grow up to be their queen, recent college graduate, professor and First Lady Greer Galloway, aka Queen or Princess. Maxen Ashley Colchester, Ash is one of the best heroes I have ever read. Unapologetic in his love, his lust and his commitments he will drive command the story. Twelve words to describe Maxen: Imposing, powerful, ruthless, devious, manipulative, focused, enigmatic, irresistible, honorable, unforgettable, vulnerable, and larger-than-life. Nine words to describe Greer Galloway, Princess: Smart, naïve, impressionable, submissive, good-hearted, resilient, trusting, confused and strong. I can’t remember the last time I stayed up all night reading a book. It’s been a while. I was a hot mess while reading this book. I cried, I raged, I cried some more, I texted my friend through the late hours of the night (thanks Bella) and I LOVED THIS BOOK SO MUCH! Seriously, what an epic conclusion to this trilogy! It blew me away! My emotions were all over the place, but honestly, that is one of the reasons I love this series so much. It gives me all the feels I need while reading!I’m not just walking down the aisle to the man I’ve been in love with since I was sixteen, I’m walking down the aisle to marry the President of the United States.” -Greer
