Smart Profiles- Create a heating program and assign to one or more rooms. All rooms are updated automatically when any changes are made. HomeKit is the smart home framework from Apple, bringing a common platform to control all of your home’s compatible accessories. neoHub G2 creates a Mesh Network to the powered Neo devices, greatly increasing the network range in your home. Neo can pre-heat your home and will automatically learn how long your home takes to heat up. You can use this setting to limit the pre-heat time, we suggest 3 hours for most homes. This is set on a per zone basis. You may have other wireless systems in your house such as Sonus, if so try and get the information on what channel that is using.

But you will need to install multiple neoStats if you want to be able to control the temperature in different zones independently. Profiles are stored in the neoHub and are transferred to the neoStat when applied. This means your heating is never dependant on the neoHub and will continue to operate should the hub or internet fail. Yes you can share the system with other users. Depending on whether the user is setup as a Guest or Admin will determine their level of control. The neoHub is the network coordinator. It communicates with the mains powered Neo Devices via a mesh network. This mesh network is designed to relay the signals between devices, so the total communication distance is greater than a standard RF System. Neo offers 4 or 6 level programming per day – this is the number of different temperature settings you can program.In-Home and Remote Access: Once all your Neo devices are paired with the neoHub Gen 2, you gain convenient in-home and remote access to control your heating, hot water, and appliances. We recommend each user having their own unique account. The “Master Owner” of the neoHub should then share access to the additional users. Restart both your router and the neoHub, whatever you do, please do not press the connect button on the neoHub which could cause the neoHub to reset, this will mean that you would need to reset and add all the thermostats again.
