Almost equidistant between Portsmouth and Southampton, the Whitehall of Hampshire has a number of historic buildings intertwined with a more modern pedestrianised shopping area, along with many cafes and restaurants. Assume that Chelski and Manure are trying to outbid each other for hotels on Park Lane and Mayfair. League 2 are scratching around the utilities, train stations and maybe Old Kent Road. It goes without saying that the skates are in jail, owing money to everyone and praying for a Get Out Of Jail Free card. Two major developments are ongoing in the city which, upon completion, could see it move up the board in the future.
