About this deal
All our BBQs are produced to the highest standards using premium materials specially selected to meet your grilling needs. There’s a built-in analogue thermometer in the lid, but the Weber Connect Wi-Fi probes are excellent for sitting on your bum and waiting for the temp to hit the sweet spot too.
We freestyled recipes and used Weber's app and temperature probes, with how-to videos on settings, timings, when to flip/check/serve. It certainly sounds like the full package, but did this hybrid model impress in our rigorous lab tests? The LED-lit temperature knobs also helps to control the gas flow - and it took us a few attempts to master the perfect heat, but we were suitably impressed with how well this could be controlled. It features dual air vents to maintain good grilling heat, making it easy to operate as a smoker as well. Other features are its instant electronic ignition, easy firebox access, porcelain-coated cast-iron grills, and an airflow regulator.
This was something we really liked about the Traveller; the ability to cook across the entire surface with a consistent heat ensured by the oval-shaped burner beneath the cast iron grates. Once the BBQ's frame is built you simply attach the cooking drum, which comes with its gas ring and controls pre-installed. Each burner has a separate hood with a built-in temperature gauge, allowing you to ensure your food isn't burning without having to open and close the lid every two minutes. The sturdy design means that the barbecue won't be easily damaged, even if it is packed in the back of the car with all the bags and items that you take on holiday with you.of course, it is even better that you will find ensuite thermometer to detect and maintain the right temperature. Are you wondering about cooking with a gas, charcoal or coal BBQ, or whether to use lighter fluid or a charcoal lighter? They won't rust, they are very difficult to damage, and they won't scorch the floor or the table underneath.
