Hydromol Ointment is particularly useful for very dry skin and can be used under wet wraps or as a night-time treatment. Hydromol Ointment does not contain Sodium Lauryl Sulphate, making it ideal for those who are allergic to this ingredient and struggle to find an eczema relief that doesn’t include it.Hydromol Ointment can be used to provide moisture for any skin condition where dry skin is a factor. Hydromol Ointment should be massaged into the skin as often as required, it may also be added to the bath by first melting it with hot water.

If your condition worsens or you experience any undesirable effects, stop using Hydromol Ointment and consult your doctor or pharmacist. It is also important to read the label and follow the instructions for use provided with the product. However, unless otherwise directed by your doctor, it's best to leave about 30 minutes between applying your moisturiser and applying creams, ointments or lotions that contain a medicine, for example steroid or antibiotic creams.
